I have not looked into this properly yet..... But it sounds like he's saying farm workers ICE seized will go back to the farms, but under a financial arrangement where the farmers will "own" them, and be "responsible for them most of the time". Didn't they have a Civil War about this stuff already?
The camp is to filter out workers for Trumps new Slavery policy where he sells them to businesses.

Can someone offer up one decent reason why we haven't kicked them out of Pine Gap yet? They didn't help us in WW2, we import far more than we export, and they certainly don't currently value friends. Surely Greenland is a gigantic red flag.
