Recipes of antiquity, ancient crafts, the forest. Prophesy. Secrets.
Eyeball contagion, dancing plague, Maenad.
Marginally Mennonite Kitchen Witch
Dedicated to keeping it weird.
Details in the ALT, but in this book dancing plague is common to people with red colorblindness who enjoy having the soles of their feet beaten. Also, bloated stomach (timpani). They clearly believed it was a type of epilepsy, but I think the "oppression of breath" is important.

Jays are hard at work, digging for seed under the suet feeder.

It's -4 outside and a murder of blue jays has taken up residence at our bird feeder. There are six all together. The other two are hanging out with a different woodpecker.

going through my social media accounts with an axe. might deactivate my other accounts. It's been so long since I've posted elsewhere that I doubt anyone will notice, but if you know me from a past life, please don't tell the others I'm here.

Surprised that I had not heard about the hundreds of windmills dotting the landscape along US127 in mid-Michigan. Unexpected and beautiful.

Through the miracle of the internet, I have discovered that in addition to Rock and Rye Liqueur, Rock and Rye Cordial also existed, and it was 90 proof. findingaids.hagley.org/repositories...

My Michigan superpower is the ability to make a Kellogg's box any size.

I did not sell a lot at the swap, but I traded modern Ball jars for maple syrup and I sold a box of pet fencing to a very excited young girl who carries her own knife. I gave away several pounds of old microgreen seeds and was rewarded with this fantastic votive candle. Faith in humanity restored.

I'm going to do something like this, but I'm going to use some of the currency that I made for a neighborhood time bank. I'll handwrite my email on the back partially in nonsensical Greek letters. Labelling my homemade hΔts the same way.

An earlier sign that Dali, an avoidant gooner, would eventually have closed-eye hallucinations - his relationship with Gala, a muse to many artists. He saw her radiantly beautiful aura, the electricity being dispersed by her hair, falling in love at first sight. I'm sure she was intoxicating.

Salvador Dali probably did not see The Tornado until 1970. Though there are exceptions, it's something that happens to older people as their hormones subside, channeling more energy into deep thought.

Relics found in my craft bag. I could never settle on a design.

My guess is that Alexander Calder saw The Tornado at some point in 1943, right before he created his "Constellation" series and became very famous for his red-orange sculptures. Charisma is electromagnetic.
