Had to cut my nerve pain medication in half - recently diagnosed with NAFLD (funny enough, not even obese whatever body!)
And to say that my lumbar/hip pain has come back with a vengeance? Yeaaahhh. I feel like I'm living in a brittle 100+ yo body atm.

I've been barely active the past week or so - this affects my photography page as well. That said: my spinal issues have been degrading day by day. It's crazy how I can say a month or two ago, I could still get out of bed easily. I can't even do that now.
