Martial law isn't needed anymore. From GMA to Duterte, the security apparatus expanded so much that its formal declaration is fully unnecessary. Indeed, declaring it would be foolish, as we saw in South Korea.

Shri Ritik Vats chased & caught the driver of the offending truck that hit
&killed a pedestrian on August 10, 2024.

He was felicitated by Shri Ajay Chaudhry, IPS, Spl CP (Traffic Zone-II)
with a cash reward and commendation certificate.

CHASED AND CAUGHT TRUCK DRIVER

On August 10, 2024, at 03:08 AM, Delhi Police Control Room received a call
regarding an injured man lying on the Outer Ring Road. Police found him dead and did not find any eyewitness in the area.

Then Shi Ritik Vats, an IT professional, called police and informed that he chased the offending truck, that hit the victim, on his motorcycle and stopped it and caught the driver in Tilak Nagar area. Police reached the spot and arrested the diver.

Shri Ritik Vats was felicitated with a cash reward of Rs. 10,000/- and
Commendation Certificate by Shri Ajay Chaudhry, IPS Special Commissioner of
Police Traffic, Zone-Il in recognition of his brave and courageous act.

Theorizing since the second battle of Mendiola. Biggest idea is the party of anarchy and how disorder is imposed upon it by forces like the church, the left, and even anarchists. How the party of anarchy breaks free from this imposition of disorganization is a current concern.

Kinda frustrated with discourse on “lawlessness” of the PNP or ICE. The discourse remains on the level of legitimacy. Even if they were legitimate, I would oppose them, precisely because the revolution abolishes all notions of legitimacy.
