Ballast is a very important part of any railway. Because of this the Sodor Railway Repair was always busy checking the sleepers to make sure the ballast was in its proper place & safe for the engines to ride on. This could cause delays but the engines knew it was for their safety

With goods work increasing and being too much for Henry to handle. The Fat Controller brought a stronger engine named Peter to help with the workflow.
Peter really enjoys helping others and does his work with no fuss. But Henry will say otherwise.
