History isn’t supposed to be comfortable. It’s supposed to be honest. We don’t learn from a past we pretend didn’t happen. Rewriting our history doesn’t protect us. It makes us weaker. And more likely to repeat the very mistakes they don’t want us to remember.

This is another type of Microbe, Aquificales, I'm a dork, this one's my favorite. Bacteria in this phylum are the most temperature resistant known. Typical of the deep ocean vents they can also be found in the park.
