i'm not even mad, i am simply maximally anti-interested in viewing 850,286 baseball posts per hour and while bluesky refuses to do any moderation related to trust or safety, they *do* have a strong history of protecting people from things they don't want to see. they should be all over this.

one of the things the canadian legal system got right is because you can consent to a fight, and there's no direct* equivalent to a fighting words doctrine, you can say things like i think someone should beat your ass, and that's a valid belief you can have, so it's legal to say.
