I don't think it's a conspiracy or anything, big liberal nonprofits care about protecting their nonprofit status, guarding against liability, etc.
It's a structural problem, and there are structural reasons that these NGOs run by well intentioned liberals end up acting as a soft counterinsurgency.

Also, if you are following an ICE car in your vehicle, they have your license plate. They’re not going to do forensic analysis of social media to find it, they’re going to photograph you. And they do! They will film you as you chase them usually. Again, responders almost all know and accept this.

Although I’m sure there’s a diversity of opinion on this, by and large the rapid responders I have interacted with seem very supportive of getting info out there. The only name attached to it is mine, which is by design, because I’m not really a soft target the way, for instance, a mother would be.

I am quite committed to (safely) talking about what’s happening here, and publishing footage and pictures where possible, because the world needs to know. But many observers are doing the same, allowing journos to ride along and so forth. We beat them with publicity not secrecy.
