When I worked in childcare we had to have milk on hand during morning program all the time, even if we were serving other dairy with breakfast & none of the kids drank it. By literal state law we could lose accreditation if we didn’t buy a half gallon of milk & throw it out every week.

pizza profesh here & there are small industrial ovens that can be pretty mobile with the right support but generally they’re not big enough to cook a pizza in. They are however great for by-the-slice (1/2)
