The thing to understand about Charlie is that she’s in the same boat as Luci and Sera in regards to having no real experience with the human condition. I think people look this over because she comes off more social and well-adjusted, but she’s performing HARD.

A moment I really liked in episode 1 was how Lucifer’s solution to helping Charlie, was to avoid the situation. I actually think it helped (cuz Charlie was clearly getting overwhelmed) but I think it says a lot about Lucifer, as he’s consistently shown to be a very conflict-avoidant character
