The buff-tip moth (Phalera bucephala) has mastered a very particular kind of camouflage.

When they close their wings up, they resemble a broken twig.

Native to large parts of Europe, there's regional pattern variation that reflects the local tree species. This one best resembles birch twigs?

It does slow it down so it takes twice as long to go into effect, I had someone tell me that and I’ve been trying it. Problem is, I also have the “oh my god I need to SAVE these” mentality and I have also not been very good at using them more regularly.

I swear if I can just reach that second bench I know is there, I'll be less mad. but GOD I AM SO FRUSTRATED. my routine is attempt, make progress, and then ragequit when I inevitably respawn back at Shakra's bench for the billionth time, then fuck off to do other stuff in game before trying again.
