Great article, very informative with lots of great examples and photos of beautiful buildings! We need more of this type of infill and housing development to address the housing shortage.
Sunlight suites are multifamily dwellings built up to 6 stories, w a small footprint and served by a single staircase/elevator.

Great article, very informative with lots of great examples and photos of beautiful buildings! We need more of this type of infill and housing development to address the housing shortage.

The final numbers are in, and apartment demand came in WAYYYY above anyone's expectations for 2024.
I was probably as bullish as anyone going into 2024, but not THIS bullish.

I was once (a couple years ago) a skeptic of rental housing "filtering" -- the theory that new "luxury" apartments pull up higher-income renters from moderate-priced rentals, thereby benefitting moderate-income renters, and on down the line.

Unbelievable that one person’s power and work could go unchallenged for so many years! Sadly, we might never know how many people he killed. This article illustrates the importance of independent well funded investigative journalism and its roll to illuminate corruption and wrongdoing in our society
