The regime's control over the press ensured that only pro-Nazi content was published, effectively silencing dissenting voices. Nolle Prosequi, so technically charges can be re-filed. That's what I read, but there is precious little chance that is gonna happen. I am definitely not a lawyer, so I found this below helpful. Seems to me like it basically is dismissing without prejudice. Lawyers, don't @ me!
The normal effect of nolle prosequi is to leave matters as if charges had never been filed. It's not an acquittal, which (through the principle of double jeopardy) prevents further proceedings against the defendant for the conduct in question. Rather, at least when it occurs before trial, nolle prosequi typically leaves the decision of whether to re-prosecute in the hands of the government. If the prosecution decides to bring charges again—for example, after it's gathered more evidence—it must file a new charging document. (People v. Daniels, 187 Ill. 2d 301 (1999), Kenyon v. Com., 37 Va. App. 668 (2002).)

I wouldn't rely on my very hazy memory, so I looked it up. Oddly, I remember nothing about the course itself. This was long before the interwebs, when we were using crude chisels and stone blocks to communicate.(this was Florida, after all) 🤨

Okay, so now I see the New Yorker says it was Press Sec Leavitt who revealed the identity of the victim as being Giuffre. For obvious reasons, as the New Yorker says, trying to make the point that, at least for this victim, Trump is the clear. But it raises more questions than it answers, IMO.
