I read to my kiddos for years. Now the oldest one (two years post-college and lives/works across the county) and I still discuss books we're reading (fiction & non-fiction) and trade recommendations. It's delightful!
Best advice I can give to parents: once a week go to the library, pick out a stack of books (make sure your kid gets to pick out several on their own) and then throughout the week, read them together. Reread their favorites. Talk about them together. Snuggle and read. Ask open ended questions.

Hi authors! Please remember to file a claim!
AI advocates have warned that if every author in the class action filed a claim, it would "financially ruin" the entire industry.

Authors, a reminder: You do not need to do anything to be a member of the class BUT to help ensure that you receive notices relating to your participation in the suit, please provide your contact info and book titles to the court-appointed class counsel via the link below.
We urge all authors who believe their books may have been unlawfully downloaded by Anthropic to visit the website and provide the requested information.

I wrote this a few years ago for #DyslexiaAwarenessMonth (October), but still get messages about it. I talk about growing up with dyslexia, being a perfectionist, and being a word nerd. Not the easiest combo of character traits. teenlibrariantoolbox.com/2019/10/07/c...
