Per the AP, a federal judge has temporarily blocked a Trump administration freeze on trillions of dollars of federal grants and loans. The administrative stay pauses the freeze until Monday.

Last night, Trump fired a number of inspectors general, but as you can see in this letter here, they are refusing to leave their posts as they believe his action is illegal. Federal law requires 1 month’s notice to Congress.

Today, a federal judge temporarily blocked Trump’s executive order redefining birthright citizenship, calling it “blatantly unconstitutional.”
