It's really highlighting the difference between management that understand the work that's getting done, and management that are glorified supervisors who don't understand the work the real workers are doing.

The end goal of Grok sexual harassment is to make women afraid to be visible. It’s a punishment for daring to exist in a way the perpetrators can’t control. Think about it: a boycott, when intentional & sustained, is nothing short of economic warfare, a People's embargo. The feds hate Mutual Aid bc it shows folks they don't need the feds or the existing system. We have to think of these actions as not separate from but a key part of the literal fight.

Cancel subscriptions & put that money into communities. Stop watching the Oscars/NFL/pageants of empire & support local artists/craeeators/etc. Feed people. Show people how they can get their needs met without these systems. And for fuck's sake, stop being bigots. That only helps the vulture class.

People want one simple action to take to change the world and that's not how it works. The world changes because people shift. The world changes because people live like they really fucking mean what they say about needing it to be different. And then seemingly little actions add up precipitously.
