#Theater was a big part of helping me build self esteem and even leadership skills as a teenager. Local theater troupes are such an awesome resource and I'm so glad I get to support and enjoy community theater in #RutlandCity.

Yesterday, I was out for a Honk & Wave along with a few other #RutlandCity Board of Aldermen candidates, a few School Board candidates, and Mayor Mike Doenges.

Finally tried a Townline Grill smash burger. Holy snopes! SO good. Townline, a food truck turned brick-and-mortar is a #RutlandCity BIAP success story. Learn more about the program here: www.rutlandvtbusiness.com/business-inc...

#RutlandCity has been working hard to find ways to incentivize housing rehabilitation and new housing development. Abundant housing is affordable housing.
We have an aging population, a workforce crisis, and a housing crisis in Vermont. This is the perfect storm that directly hurts working people. We need to attract more workers and younger families and make sure we have a housing market that allows them to stay.
People Finally Flocked to Vermont. It Didn’t Last.
The state’s struggle to keep working-age people is threatening its economy.

As someone who recently learned first-hand how great the RRMC maternity care is, I'm not surprised at all by this recognition. #RutlandCity is lucky to have such an amazing resource for parents.

Musk, Zuckerberg and Bezos are working with Trump for one very simple reason:

They understand that Trump's policies are designed to make the wealthiest Americans even richer.

These three men have become $232 billion richer since November.

Not bad in a couple of months time!

The "peace candidate" Trump wants to force 2 million Palestinians from their homes, give another $1 billion in weapons to Netanyahu, and enact a "plan" to turn the decimated Gaza strip into a billionaires' Riviera.

If this is his "peace" policy, I'd hate to see his war policy.

We are just one month away from #TownMeetingDay!

I’m about 1/3 of the way to my campaign fundraising goal of $1,000. Can you help me close the gap? Every contribution helps me connect with more voters and keep #RutlandCity moving forward.

This infographic highlights why increasing housing in #RutlandCity is so needed. While Rutland is Vermont’s most affordable area, it's still pricier than the cheapest regions in other states. More housing means lower rents. Boosting supply can help stabilize costs.

Have you heard of Rutland’s Partners in Housing? They met today at The Hub CoWorks to discuss underutilized spaces and connecting housers with resources and funding. It was great to see small-scale developers and city officials working together to expand #RutlandCity housing options.

#RutlandCity is generally small enough and compact enough that driving should not be the primary mode of transportation. I regularly replace car trips with walking and biking.
Want an economically competitive city? A fiscally smart city? A healthy city? A sustainable, climate-responsible & resilient city? An equitable & accessible city? A livable city? A city with more choices? A successful city today, that’s positioned for a successful future?

Build a #multimodal city.

I am running for re-election as a member of the #RutlandCity Board of Aldermen. Yard signs aren't my thing.

To reach more voters, I’ll be sending letters and postcards. Printing and postage costs add up. You can support me here: givebutter.com/McCann2025. Every donation makes a difference.
