The democrats should be outspoken by the shutdown. Democrats did not shutdown the government, but the GOP is framing the narrative that the shutdown is brought on by the Democrats. I do not see Democrats pushing back harder. Somebody should tell Schumer and Jeffries to have their democrats do more

Quinoa is grown all over now but 20 years ago it was almost unknown. USAID, working with countries in the Andean region, helped develop and popularize the nutritious grain, thereby raising living standards and reducing food insecurity. It’s just one example of what we’ve lost.
