Save every document. Save every shred of evidence. Celebrate and then record accounts of returnees, survivors, witnesses. It seemed like a pipe dream, but justice was always a long game. “It’s the turn of the doctor” and his allies to face justice. #Syria
If you listen to Syrians, you'll see there is a huge focus on the prisons. Thousands of people are now being released from these slaughter houses, some of them had been there since 1982.
