The words "we won't let it happen anymore", "we found an answer" and "how to get better when you have it," should not be used in the same sentence about neurodivergence.

🎻 New blog post! 🎻

The last few months has prompted a lot of reflection, as I've tried to navigate what life looks like following redundancy, and attempt to understand an incredibly challenging job market.

✨ Happy International Women's Day! ✨

I spent today at @womensinstitute.bsky.social #IWD25 event at @beamishmuseum.bsky.social. I was delighted to learn that one of their campaigns is to support autistic and ADHD women and girls.

⭐Another 5-Star Review for Neurodiversity in the Workplace⭐

🔸 When I was in unsupportive workplaces, I never imagined I’d one day write a book on inclusion
🔸 I never thought I’d truly understand what it feels like to be supported & valued by a line manager

Have you considered the strengths disabled & neurodivergent people can bring to the workplace?

The amount of posts I’ve read from disabled people justifying their existence or seat at the table has broken me. No one should have to fight to have their skills recognised.

It has been a pretty difficult week for disabled and neurodivergent people across the globe.

We need to support each other now more than ever, and find our allies too 🤗

This is your reminder to take some time out for you this weekend.
