Disabled people who have been Disabled for a while: Cops are going to use anti-mask legislation as a pretext to harass Disabled people.

Everybody else: No, there's a carve-out for medical use!

Disabled people: And?
So the woman arrested for wearing a medical mask at a protest was released; cops said it requires a doctor's note.

This is not true of the local laws where they are, but—as we told you happens—cops don't know or pay attention to these regulations.
Police said it requires a doctor’s note. When asked of masked ICE agents, they had no comment or said “They’re federal.” Not great!

This is the abhorrent result of the Trump regime’s refusal to ensure due process. In America, Garcia was violently stripped of his fundamental rights.

By order…

Work requirements are a veil to create increased obstacles to access. They are unnecessary and any decreases in use come from the burden placed on those who need Medicaid.
92% of Medicaid adult enrollees are working, or are not working due to caregiving, an illness or disability, or school attendance.

Work requirements are a solution in search of a problem.
