A Hampton Inn in Asheville just canceled my family's reservation because our address (incorrectly) showed Asheville—and the hotel bars locals within 50 miles.
When I asked why, they said, "because of our homeless population," adding that most hotels here have similar policies.
This is outrageous.

Archivist Shannon O’Neill invited me to join her today for a tour of the (relatively recently) renovated Tamiment-Wagner Clxn of radical / left history at NYU — I was especially taken by their vibrant + extensive collection of posters + pamphlets (which Shannon says are infrequently accessed)!

I'm shaking almost too hard to type. I entered SLC airport and heard screams and cries for help. I could see people gathered around, watching. I sped over to discover this woman face down on the floor, four grown men pushing her down, while she cried "HELP ME" and pled for her child.

This was an interesting and depressing article to report globally teachers are doing their best in such difficult circumstances.

Of course Mamdani has visited Jewish communities. What angers Greenblatt is that Mamdani isn't courting HIM. By winning the young Jewish vote while condemning Israel, Mamdani is exposing how out of touch Greenblatt is with many of those he claims to represent. That's what makes Mamdani a threat.
