One thing I see over and over again in my practice is sex workers who *think* they have certain rights under the law because of Google, ChatGPT, and, well, fairness, only to find out very differently in legal proceedings.

FYI for adult creators/businesses: today's decision blocking parts of Florida's HB3 ONLY applies to the provisions restricting minors' use of social media. It does not apply to the part of the law that mandates age verification on adult sites (despite the fact that it is just as unconstitutional).
