I am pretty confident my next door neighbor feeds the squirrels. Took out the garbage and it was no hesitation rushing me. There was zero food in the bin, so I assumed it wasn't food related. Couldn't remember how common rabies is in squirrels (rare), so I kinda just startled.

One little thing you can do if you’re feeling helpless tonight: throw a few bucks to the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. They’re reportedly stretched thin for obvious reasons and could use some help if you can offer it.

Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.
