#208baked - a weekly project where I bake something for the 208 weeks until January 20, 2029.
They both said that they were sleepy (aka the excuse to not eat dinner) so we actually sent them to bed at 6:20.

This year is diet and eating in moderation. I have a good breakfast plan (85-90% daily fiber!) & limit coffee to 2 cups.
I need to focus on: limiting alcohol to less than 3 drinks per week; lunch portions, & no bored snacking.
Unfortunately all of these things are required for a healthy body and that IS SO ANNOYING.
