I'm not gonna touch the rest of this conversation, but AltNPS is definitely an untrustworthy source. They've directly plagiarized many times, spread fake "code numbers," and are generally a bad place to get information.
Again, I'm speculating, and even I'm not pedantic enough to argue that this is actually a problem.
But it is very funny, at least to me, the son of two professional proofreaders and textbook editors. AltNPS is so sloppy that we might be able to ID their handiwork by typos alone.

I did! The donation is anonymous, so we can't really tell if they actually did it or not, and it's not like they'll be providing a receipt.
It's also worth saying that we don't know if AltNPS actually made this donation. The top donation is for $5,000, from "Anonymous," which could be anybody.
This just highlights the issues with their anonymity. I don't necessarily think they're lying here, but they sure could be! We can't know!

What AltNPS is doing here is pushing their followers to speculate about what those helicopters could be.
They're not sharing news, because if they had info about this, they could share it. They're whipping up engagement.

I haven't followed 50501 very closely, so this is interesting. To me, they always seemed like boilerplate Blue Wave posters, but I know AltNPS crosses over with them a lot. Have they been getting more conspiratorial?

I also need to say, again, that AltNPS is not receiving "reports." Neither is 50501.
What they're doing is seeing news headlines and either trying to imply that they're getting info sent to them directly (AltNPS) or just not bothering to cite the journalists on the ground (50501).

Respectfully, this surprises me; very little of AltNPS's output has anything to do with the actual National Park Service. Have you found them a good source of info about the parks?
