This seems too pretentious
I find myself sitting in a broken recliner, staring at a computer. Not necessarily using it. An inch of snow covers the ground. I’m tempted to say I’m outdoors in the 15 degree cold sitting on a broken recliner, staring at a computer. I’m tempted to say the snow “blankets” the ground. But I’m not.

If the Jesus lover dude wants to hold up signs with quotes from the Bible while standing on the corner of 5th ave and 20th street, then I should be able to do the same with my favorite Shakespeare quotes, and maybe-to a lesser extent-some Emil Cioran aphorisms thrown in
