And now, to bed.
Had some insight into my music process and did a bit of writing to get it out of my head.
We'll see if it still makes sense in the morning. 🤣

People often stop reading in adulthood because they're fatigued from school book assignments or just don't have the time. Here's how to turn the page on old habits and start reading again in 2026.

Just FYI for whoever might need to know this
Starting tomorrow, the Trump administration is set to send notices to 1,000 student loan borrowers (first round) noticing them of an intent to garnish their wages for student loan debt.

This is cruel and unnecessary.

If you receive a notice, send it to us and we'll try to help.

I'd already pulled back, and had one foot out the door of the Book of Faces, but after 24 hours and nothing on my feed about 'the' current world event right now - I'm gone.
If the feed was balanced there would be more
If the feed was my interests, there would be more.

Finalizing my plans for next quarter. Each year seems to go by faster than the last and this year was an especially complex juggling act and challenging on an energy management basis.
More music needs to be made.
Fractal artworks could be involved.
And Morse code skills need to be leveled up.

Accurate.
I've pretty much settled on Mint.
I might experiment time to time with a new or different distro, but usually wind up back at Mint.
By age 40, a Linux user stops trying to install Arch on a toaster just to prove they can. They finally settle on Debian Stable or Mint because they realize they no longer have the "mental bandwidth" to spend 6 hours configuring stuff or fix broken systems just to check their email or watch Netflix 😊

For me, it was The Way Things Work (original), before I moved on to the encyclopedia.
Back home, and found my Christmas present from when i was about 10:

The Cambridge Encyclopedia.

It will surprise none of my followers to learn this book is my origin story.
