PGMOL is effectively a referees union and college, while VAR is the technology tasked with oversight of correcting referees.
PGMOL operates VAR.
Now do you see which acronym is the problem?
Pinned
Ahhh yes... The much lesser known Gospel according to Matthias.

95:22. And God proclaimed, let the reds of Manchester rejoice, for I have indeed sent Matthias to striketh you down for your sins of wanton milking while the clock was indeed still ticking, thee soft brazillian shite.
For all GNevs moaning he still hasnt spotted the problem that nobody in the United team wants to take the opposition on and run past.

Second half Cunha back on the left, Mount on for Ugarte and start trying to go past their man.

Skys pitchside mic placement is brilliant you can clealry hear the instructions from the Burnley bench.

Didnt know Director of Dark Arts was a position until now.😂

Christ on a bike, PGMOL.

Thats a clear dive by walker the cheating git and a truly pathetic decision by the referee.
January 7, 2026 at 8:45 PM
Gary Neville cant criticise the forrmation or the attacking so now hes going to tell Sesko how to be a forward. 🙃🤣🙃
January 7, 2026 at 8:27 PM
I see two names that you might go to if the only obvious target rejected.

The problem is that although its ManUtd, senior management now look like a clown show and those names do not project the authority required to make a clown step away from the custard pie.
So, all you Amorim out merchants. Who you wanting? Only one on that list I’d take

So im seeing some oddly normal reasoning from some for why theyre #NeverSouthgate.

The wife thinks im in a minority of one to hold a grudge so long.
But surely there are others objecting to Southgate based on memory.

Right?

Your job now is to get #NoSouthgate trending on social media again.
January 5, 2026 at 10:59 AM
Im not sure I could actually go that far, but ill be with you in spirit and most likely interest level.

Id be one of those guys wearing a 20 year old shirt that couldnt tell you the result from the weekend and that really does sound like the true horror of appointing Southgate.
If Southgate becomes our manager
That's it I quit.
January 6, 2026 at 6:26 AM
Disaagree massively.

Bruno is probably overjoiyed at the prospect of getting his position back,

Amad rubbing his hands at not being crammed into rwb for his starts.

Sesko will be happy Bruno is closer to him and the all the new guys came for ManUtd not for Amorim anyway.

Same interview, he refused to be drawn on anything specific and put his name to nothing except soundbites.

Last 10 years Gary Neville has become the very embodiment of easier to howl at the moon than hang your hat on specifics.

Hate to say it, but hes now more glory hunter than one of our own.
Ok definitely the last one.

State of this. United DNA. Standards. Buzzword. Something. My trotters in the trough.

Fuck off Neville

Some of the supposed candidates for the managers job are truly horrific. Southgate, Maresca, De Zerbi should all be in the bin.

For me, its either Ole's chance to manage with support or hate to say it, Tuchel after WC.

We cant afford another punt on a trending manager, we need a trusted element.

I'm fed up hearing so many of these supposed 'expert' pundits saying "United can't afford to make another mistake"

They will

With this board and ownership the mistakes will simply continue

If anyone wants to make one of the most compelling sports documentaries ever, they should focus on the last 13 years at United post SAF. Interview all the managers once the NDA’s have expired and throw in some ex players as well. Pure fireworks.

Just got online for the first time since this morning and seen Amorim is gone. That was faster than even I expected.

So Ratcliffe is a differerent animal, now we have to see if its good different or worse different.

Is it time to get Ole back, but this time with the support he needed?
January 5, 2026 at 8:36 PM
Having now sseen it myself, Rubens presser really is an ultimatum.

If Ratcliffe really is a departure from the Glazers, one of Amorim or Vivell will be packing their office this week.

The Premier League:

4th place team: talk of manager getting sacked.
5th place team: manager sacked.
6th place team: people want the manager sacked.

Is the expectation for the top teams too high?

As a Man U fan, if you'd have told me in August that come Jan we would be in the fight for a CL/EL /1
January 4, 2026 at 7:45 PM
Leeds fans posting their disappointment that they could have won had they not had 5 out injured as if we dont have 7 missing is some stretch.

Can always rely on Leeds fans for a laugh.😂

1.
Bit of forward thinking here but we have to start taking games like by the neck and oppening up leads to get the academy guys game time.

Assuming we sort midifield this summer, itll be a huge task the following summer to sort backup for the African players in one window.
January 4, 2026 at 2:41 PM
Not a bad result at all, really couldnt see where an equalizer was going to come from when Leeds lucked out for tthe opener, never for a minute expected wed also get lucky in the same game.

If any hacking group really wanted a shot at immortality, they could do a lot worse than hacking this refcam nonsense and replacing the stream with some classic Marx Bros footage.
January 4, 2026 at 1:02 PM
Pit of the stomach feeling today as I rate Farke as a manager, hes far better than his cv would suggest as hes prepared to take on these jobs that other managers would ignore.

For me its gonna take a good team performance today to come away with a result.
January 4, 2026 at 12:13 PM
But the right wing press absolutely arent organised, these are just perfectly valid yet wholly independent criticisms right?

Guy cant even put his shirt on the right way round, so despite City being a massive club, theyre massively confident they have identified the correct man to not massively expose their massive creative accountancy dept.🤣
🚨 Enzo Maresca remains on Man City shortlist for the future, highly rated but nothing agreed at this stage. Guardiola has not made any decision, 100% focused on this season + Maresca respects Pep. Maresca, on #MCFC shortlist only if Pep leaves. 🎥➕ https://youtu.be/bb2pF4z8fHU

At some point in the very near future something is going to kick start an investigation into PGMOL and this match is going to deserve attention.

In the meantime its past time the heirarchy take a damn stand against lack of standards within PGMOL, else whats the point of Ineos being here.

This referee has sold his services.

There is no other excuse for a performance so pathetically inept that even a trackle in the middle of the pitch that the pitch side microphones pick up as crunching goes unpunished.
