Capcom has confirmed that mouse controls will not be an option for Resident Evil Requiem on the Nintendo Switch 2 as they make the game feel too complex. The mouse controls offer aiming options for players, but the game's producer Masato Kumazawa says that after testing mouse controls they decided against the option as they felt it made the game feel more complex and convoluted than it did with traditional controls.
