My anger at having to stand outside my kid’s school for two hours to ensure none of their classmates, parents, or teachers get kidnapped by my own government is only slightly tempered by the amazing outpouring of support from other parents and especially neighbors who stand against this bullshit.

The Indian style corn flatbread is actually not fried but roasted on a flat pan on slow fire. Takes a while but tastes awesome. Often served with dollops of butter on it. 😍

For breakfast, I made Smashing Potatoes, a recipe learned from @semantisinharay.bsky.social @theslowfirechef.bsky.social : boil potatoes, smash them, fry till brown, add spice mix, garnish with green chillies & coriander & serve with bread & tea.

No idea why people look at religion as the source to learn morality. Any concept that is designed to make you stop thinking for yourself, discovering your own truths, choices of life and converting individuals into herds can't be reservoir of morals like lived experiences are. 🤷🏻♂️
