Woah, that’s a beast! My KA is 10 yrs old, hoping it makes it another 10 at least. My mom has had hers for 35 years, probably needs some TLC but it’s plugging along. It would probably kick the bucket if she tried using it for dough kneading.

Oh no! I’m curious which stand mixer you will choose to replace/upgrade to. After following along with your bagel thread I’m pretty sure we have the same mixer, makes me wonder how long mine will last.

I love this stuff. When I don’t have it straight, I mix it with cranberry juice (or occasionally OJ).
