This little person brought me a live mouse at 2:09 am, SO excited to share her treasure with me. The betrayal and disbelief on her face when I managed to catch it and put it outside. The mouse recovered. Hoping our relationship will bounce back as well.

Confused. This little book has been quietly selling for 23 years. Still delivering royalties (a trickle at this point.) Teachers read it out loud on YT. Heard it quoted once on NPR. ONLY 11 Amazon reviews. Other books that totally tanked have far more reviews. What goes on?

Confused. This little book has been quietly selling for 23 years. Still delivering royalties (a trickle at this point.) Teachers read it out loud on YT. Heard it quoted once on NPR. ONLY 11 Amazon reviews. Other books that totally tanked have far more reviews. What goes on?
