Exactly. So why critise them for pushing for more flexibility? It is not just about what Ukraine needs today.

A very underappreciated virtue of the German system: the governing party almost always finds itself confronted with tasks it utterly rejects, this time the conservatives who have to reform the debt brake, making it easier to borrow.
