Until doctors know the basics about SARS-CoV-2 enabling them to offer some alleviation of long COVID, and until someone finds a treatment for osteoarthritis, I'll stick with my supplements. Until I die and don't have to watch my hair get thinner every year, I'll stick with my supplements, thanks.

My OB/GYN stopped masking years ago. I was so disappointed. She masked the longest of any of my doctors, but finally succumbed to peer pressure, I suppose.
