Another Nordic dessert, and this time it's Faroese Apple Cake...except someone didn't fancy apples, so it was replaced with mincemeat instead. And no, I don't know why we call mincemeat that either.
Regardless of all that, pretty damn tasty, even ifbsaid mincemeat kinda overwhelmed other flavours.
