Thanks to my prison unit incredible management /s. I got stuck with multiple successions of 24h shifts. As a result I couldn't work out or practice kickboxing.
And thanks to that I ended up realizing how much physical activity helps me cope with stress and anxiety.

There is an entire operation by the US Guard Coast, to intercept, seize and arrest (if there is a crime) those types of boats and crew.
