xz is actually the biggest trending male star in china presently and has been at the top for an unprecedented five years since 2019 - almost unheard of in a cutthroat industry like mainland entertainment where pretty boys are a dime a dozen. he’s basically a legend by now
"Not too bad" is not a gr8 recommendation:) I try to watch shows that are "fabulous," or "fantastic." If you have any of those, pls LMK. I wonder about XZ. He's smart, charming, a spirited presence. But he feels less of a star than Yibo. IDK why. Not enuf sex-appeal? Or mystery? Maybe I'm wrong.

I’m sad that Yibo didn’t win the Gooden Rooster, but proud of him for being nominated in two consecutive years, after just debuting in film. His Chen Shuo was masterful, but I think it’s just not the type of character that wins major awards. His turn will come.
