Another Kavanaugh snatch.

In Chicago, four vehicles descended and eight ICE agents moved in to kidnap a child.

She screams, “I’m 15,” as ICE yanks her from the car and kneels on her neck.

This is not about immigration enforcement.

It's about terrorizing Americans.

True this. Shy yet daring, nervous yet proud, self-effacing yet luminous.

RIP Diane Keaton
My favourite picture of her where everyone else is giving it their best Blue Steel & she looks like she’s just wandered in off the street looking super cool.
She was allowed to wear her own clothes & her wonderful personality shines out.
What a unique talent & human being.

I don't get "we're not supposed to talk about Woody." Should we police our speech, not mention names of people we suspect are guilty? If he's indeed guilty, contra panels of mental health pros and courts, are we supposed to censor his name and art? Then don't listen to Wagner or Elvis. RIP Diane.

I know we're not supposed to talk about Woody Allen, but ANNIE HALL is one of the supreme American movies & Diane Keaton's wild charisma is 90% of the reason why. And btw her performance of "Seems Like Old Times" is pure magic—up there with the greatest musical scenes in cinema, zero doubt

I happened to watch this with my very small kids years ago. They all asked who the brown haired one in the middle was. They're all three great, but Diane Keaton grounds this song, and owns it.

Diane Keaton has died. I loved her unique, naturalistic comic acting since "Love and Death." I thought she was still young. Well - she was still young. RIP. Photo: 2022.

Weird random meme-y shit (laudatory) like this is how it might eventually be called The Great Frog Resistance, where everyone wears a frog pin, & remembrance events in 50 years begin with reverent croaks. Just from some dude's choice of a frog for a costume. Humans are weird.

The frogs have landed in Chicago!

If you can imagine being a crazy idea running around with all the other crazy ideas in Mark Thiessen’s jumbled brain, it must mean your life is virtual and you really are a crazy idea running around inside his jumbled brain. Prove me wrong.

OK, write me a sexy funny romantic fast-paced novel abt a fanboy being secretly stalked by the star he's stanning, & when they finally realize that cupid's arrows struck both, they keep their forbidden love secret, til they're outed during a shoot, & hijinks ensue. By next Tuesday.

You usually don’t ponder whether an insurrection is happening as a Plan B.

Trump "We have an Insurrection Act for a reason. If I had to enact it, I'd to that ... if courts were holding us up or governors or mayors were holding us up, sure, I'd do that."

ICE agents are reportedly creeping around high schools in Chicago. And because they are wearing masks, often not wearing uniforms and using unmarked vehicles this means that ANYONE could show up dressed like this and disappear kids off the streets. This is especially dangerous

Paywall. How widespread are the show biz layoffs? What sorts of jobs in creative TV and movie fields? I hate to give WSJ my money.

It really would help all of us if Trump clips came with an automatic Jennifer Coolidge voice filter.

The regime's desire for authoritarianism is bottomless, but their capacity is not. Not even close.

They rely on bluster and memes to make up the difference. The threat is real, but less powerful than they say.

Freedom-loving Americans outnumber them by a lot. Communities can resist. Like this one:

This video of Chicagoans intervening to save a man from being abducted off the streets by ICE is making the rounds on Instagram.

Community action works.

I didn't know what form it'd take, but I figured Yibo would again wear smthng bright, baggy, loose & blousy 4 Loewe. He tends to favor loose unbuttoned shirts over Ts, hoodies, blazers, jackets of any kind. Maybe he thinks he's too skinny, or maybe he just loves the way clothes drape on his frame.
