Netflix and Sony Pictures Animation have released an online art book for KPop Demon Hunters. I do wish that Netflix would make physical copies that are more than just FYC campaigns, but I'm never gonna dislike seeing concept art from great animated films.

Alice in Wonderland is getting a 4K remaster. The classic film from Walt Disney Animation Studios will reveal a new restoration at the 2026 TCM Classic Film Festival. I hope we get to see it soon on Blu-ray because the remasters of Cinderella and Snow White were so good.

Zootopia 2 is a fantastic sequel from Disney Animation. Like any great sequel, it expands what made the first film special with its riveting story and world, gorgeous animation, and lovable characters. As a fan of the first film, I loved it. I’ll give you my review very soon.

It's odd that Belle was the sibling of Snoopy who had the merch considering she had really only appeared about a handful of times. Of all of Snoopy's siblings, Spike is the one that showed up the most. You'd think he'd be the one with the merch.

Thirty years ago today, Toy Story was released. One of the most important films released, this film launched Pixar as one of the biggest players in animation thanks to its heartwarming story, groundbreaking animation, and lovable characters that'll last for infinity and beyond.

With Zootopia 2 coming out very soon, I figured I'd share the animatic of the DMV scene from the first film. I still can't get over how funny Judy's expressions are drawn in these boards. Just hilarious.

I just saw Angel’s Egg on the big screen and it is such an experience. It is a masterwork from director Mamoru Oshii and an abstract masterpiece. I’d talk about it me, but it’s a film that you’d better experience and interpret yourself. Check it out if you can.

A new look at Coyote Vs. Acme was revealed in Empire today showcasing upcoming films releasing in 2026. It's still such a miracle the film is coming out and I am genuinely hyped to see what it's like next year!

There's a great quote that Gene Siskel said about movie critics to David Letterman that I really think about often when reviewing all kinds of films. Even if I'm watching bad movies, I love and care about this art form and I still want to feel the passion in what I review.

Illumination has released a new poster for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. It is interesting to see the film tackle more games than just Galaxy as it is the world from Odyssey on the poster, but it does make me excited to see more of this in the final film.

Paramount has announced that Spin Master exec Jennifer Dodge has been chosen to succeed Ramsay Naito as president of Paramount Animation. I'm not sure what this will entail, but I can at least say there could've been worse chosen to succeed Naito.

Illumination and Nintendo have announced that the first trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie will premiere on Wednesday via a Nintendo Direct. The Galaxy games are a really important piece of me, so I am very curious and excited to see what they’ll do in this sequel!

Have some background art from Over the Garden Wall painted by Nick Cross. This miniseries really does capture autumn atmosphere so incredibly well with how warm the colors are and yet cold it still feels. Such a brilliant miniseries.

I just saw Little Amelie or the Character of Rain and I feel quite confident calling it an animated masterpiece. This is one of the most gorgeously animated and narratively pure portrayals of childhood innocence I’ve ever seen and it made me very emotional. Don’t miss it.

Ten years ago today, The Peanuts Movie was released. A very honorable and charming tribute to the comic strip created by Charles Schulz, this film from Blue Sky is such a delight featuring its pretty unique animation, simple story, and the cast of timeless characters.
