Once upon a time I could fall over, dust myself off and not notice the effects. Now a rolled ankle can take me 8-10 business days to recover. 😫

Took a break from doomscrolling to go teach crochet to some senior citizens. We don't make much progress but they are trying to learn new skills at 80+ years old. It is NEVER to late to learn something new 😍
