This is mostly why Helluva is certainly the better of the two shows. More time spent really exploring Blitzo and Stolas, even if the switch from "hitman of the week shenanigans" turned into shitty melodrama. It's a show that does focus on what it wants you to learn... most of the time.

That's the reason Citizen Kane is a great movie. He is a powerful man and you get the WHOLE movie to see how people saw him, but only Kane knew why he did what he did and why "rosebud" meant so much to him.
Viv doesn't have to write Citizen Kane, but more time spent with a character would be nice.

What I'm guilty of is creating a horrible character and then spending time thinking about how they got to where they are. Now in my head that's the ARCH, I get to spend A LOT of time thinking the details and creating those key moments. Most of HH doesn't give us that dept that isn't in song.

Isn't he supposed to be THE BAD GUY? I know you love him more than you love the good characters, which is why you spend more time with them, but this was the 2nd time we had turmp as president.
