Prefrontal dysregulation during reappraisal appears specific to PTSD rather than trauma in general. Additionally, high-quality fMRI studies on other regulation strategies, particularly acceptance and compassion, are generally lacking.

Tolle Eröffnung des Deutschen Psychotherapie Kongresses #DPK in Berlin mit 1.500 Teilnehmer:innen. Deutliche Worte werden gefunden für die fehlende Finanzierung der psychotherapeutischen Weiterbildung. Viele Absolvent:innen stehen im Regen, Versorgung ist langfristig in Gefahr.
