Nothing matters, the Sun will explode and then collapse eventually no matter what we say or do. Eat Arby’s.
It’s like the conference has a good idea, and it resonates with viewers, but it doesn’t effectively address the problems it was created to mitigate.

2) The director should drive the dialogue by describing the call on the field, clarifying the relevant rules, and Socratically ask questions. On the targeting overturn Friday night one of the Command Center guys led with “I see shoulder-to-shoulder contact,” which again works against impartiality.

1) Refer to the teams as OFFENSE and DEFENSE, not by team names. For a conference battling allegations of favoritism, going out of their way to maintain at least the appearance of impartiality. “Call on the field is a fumble recovered by Florida State” does nothing to promote impartiality.

We know Alford won’t really believe that. It’s what he’ll have to say, but I heard Alford wanted him gone after Stanford and was overruled. Alford will be attempting to pretty-up the mess left by not doing it a month ago.

I think y his one still makes me angrier than that. That was a weird loss where we felt off all night. Might just be recency bias on my part. 1997 at Florida was the maddest about a loss I’ve ever been, but for different reasons.
