I want to stress, I have been doing yoga my entire life. Mom enrolled us in yoga for tots in the 70s in LA. I still half-ass it. Except with the edible!

Also, the cats are a problem as well, they get really involved, rolling themselves up in the mat, walking under my down dog, "Man you have a lot of trust mommy isn't going to squash you!"

This is me with any formal exercise by the way. I hate it. I sign up for it, I pay for it, I resent the hell out of myself for doing so.

I make triple sure my audio is muted so no one hears me sigh or say things like, "Oh hell no."

It preps me for the "being deep inside my head" part while my body does things properly.
If left un-distracted, I'm kind of a jerk about actually performing the poses and maintaining them.
This is all Zoom based so privately I flop around my office like an asshole despite knowing better.

I had unions teaching at community colleges and the Cal States. No union at the UC, and none at the small liberal arts college.
