That said, the Chicago Bears are going to play in a playoff game. At least one. From 5-12, the Fail Mary and the great clock mismanagement of Thanksgiving 2024 to the freaking playoffs.

Not calling forward progress, awarding a touchdown and then taking it away for a penalty seems like such an unforced error by the stripes. Even if there was no PI, and there was, they didn’t score before that play was dead. Having two TDs overturned by penalties is a real kick in the jewels.

This defense is tired and cold. This offense failed to deliver the necessary production tonight. Unfortunately the offensive outcome is the same as the road game vs GB whereas the defense has delivered a better result.
