Following ankle surgery I've been hit with the worst sciatica I've ever experienced. Going on day 7 in bed with limited ability to get up to walk and can't do most exercises for it because I can't bear weight equally on each leg. Nothing is helping 😭

And our intelligence allies probably won’t share intel with us. Because people couldn’t vote for a woman.
