My daughter saw me painting and wanted to join me. So we got out a paper for her, sat her down next to me, and she got to use Mama's paints today. Of course her attention span only last about 20 mins, but she had fun.

Today's #DailySketch actually turned into a painting. I tried to keep it quick and loose, I think I maybe spent 30 mins on the drawing, 1.5 hrs on the painting. I tend to struggle with my paintings feeling too rigid, so this was a good practice for me.

Not what I usually make, but feeling inspired by things I've seen other artists doing on social media lately, I painted these holiday cards for my coworkers. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out, especially the wreaths (I would definitely do those again).
