The media don't go after Trump's obvious incompetence (in both the regular sense and the legal one) because they take it for granted. They don't view running the country as his job. His job is to produce amazing content and he continues to do it very effectively.

Filed my comment with the BOV on the regime's university "compact." One point I made was that UVA belongs to the citizens of the Commonwealth and is subject to oversight by the General Assembly. Board members should think hard about their position if they trade away what is not theirs to give.

We just got through a period with a dean of the libraries who reluctantly had to agree that some functionality for "legacy users" (you know, the people who still use books) had to be kept. It was not awesome, no. Good luck.

I find it not great that our new "Dean of Libraries" (we no longer have a University Librarian) regards AI as his central priority.
