Last night we went to see "The Outsiders" theater production at our daughter's high school. My favorite part was how they did this big rumble scene with stage combat toward the end.

My family recently brought some donations to Nirvana Ridge Wildlife Rescue in Virginia. They help animals like foxes, raccoons, and opposums prepare for their return to the wild. The raccoons enjoy resting in these small hammocks since it simulates how they rest in safe places in the wild. So cool.

I love when nature gives you such pure colors together. This was one of my favorite insect sightings in our native plant gardens this summer.
